With Stefan’s in debt knowledge about Mendix, he immediately started with creating a smart and working domain model as strong base to build all functionality on. This included clean and simple representation of the business flows, which was not easy with the comprehensive requirements demanded.

During this process he was constantly checking in with the client to see if adjustments where needed. These small iterations also gave him a deeper understanding about the true needs of the client. In time, this knowledge created a base for helping the client in advising them on more possibilities within the scope of the new functionality. Also, when you truly understand a task, you can be creative. This was the case here. So, I would say that Stefan did a really good job in translating the requirements into valuable business tools.

Stefan did a great job in trying to understand our needs. The certified institutions that work nationally still received a lot of physical mail. For them, the mailroom functionality that Stefan built, is of great value. He also made it so that the functionality has a lot in common with a real post office where it is as convenient as possible to distribute the mail to the different receivers.

Mail for all the teams across the country arrive at one central point from where they now can be easily uploaded and distributed to client files. The responsible agent is then notified by the system that a mail item has been added to the client's file and has to verify the item before it is finally added to the client's file. In this way, Stefan has made sure that every mail item is handled quickly and correctly.
